Uela Nifo leads Elite Performance Mindset Academy in Eagle Mountain with a mission to develop more than just academic knowledge—he empowers students with the mindset, leadership tools, and life skills essential for long-term success. With a foundation in athletics, coaching, and youth mentorship, Uela brings deep passion and hands-on experience to every student’s journey. Having personally navigated the gap between raw potential and real-world readiness, Uela is driven to equip the next generation with what traditional education often misses—confidence, identity, discipline, and a belief in their own leadership. At Elite Performance Mindset Academy, he’s cultivating a culture of purpose, structure, and excellence—where students don’t just leave prepared for tests, but for life.
